The House Republican Campaign Arm expands the list of targeted Democrats

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), the campaign arm for the House of Representatives, announced an expansion of the list of Democrats’ House seats, which they hope to reverse in the upcoming midterm elections, where the majority in the House of Representatives is at stake.

The NRCC’s announcement came after Glenn Youngkin was elected Virginia’s next governor late Tuesday night, showing Republicans are winning suburban voters back. Recent polls have also shown that Republicans are starting to surpass Democrats on a generic ballot for house races across the United States.

“In a cycle like this, no Democrat is safe,” said NRCC President Tom Emmer (R-MN). “Voters reject Democrats’ policies that have caused massive price increases, opened our borders and spurred a nationwide crime wave.”

The list of 13 recently announced vulnerable Democrats includes rep. Greg Stanton (AZ), rep. Ed Perlmutter (CO), rep. Joe Courtney (CT), rep. Darren Soto (FL), rep. Sanford Bishop (GA), rep. Frank Mrvan (IN), Rep. David Trone (MD), Rep. GK Butterfield (NC), Rep. Annie Kuster (NH), Rep. Teresa Leger-Fernández (NM), Rep. Madeleine Dean (PA), Rep. Jim Cooper (TN) and rep. Jennifer Wexton (VA).

In May, NRCC extended their list of offensive seats with ten seats, bringing their total to 57 vulnerable Democrats at the time. Since then, several Democrats have either decided to run for a higher office or have announced retirement, which has ultimately left Parliament and ruined Parliament Speaker Nancy Pelosis (D-CA)’s chances of retaining a Democratic majority in Parliament.

“Republicans are offensive across the country,” Emmer said as the list was previously expanded to 57 Democrats. “Every House Democrat faces an uphill battle to defend their toxic socialist agenda, prioritizing tax increases of trillions of dollars in the middle class, opening our borders, closing our schools and defying the police.”

Breitbart News has reported extensively on Pelosi’s majority crumbles In the past. Breitbart News has kept track of the Democrats’ struggle to find new candidates willing to run for office and face published polls. While midterm periods pile up in the distance if Democrats continue to fail to find recruits and many members who want to retire or run for other elected positions, Pelosis’ chances of retaining the slim majority are diminishing.

In addition, President Joe Biden’s free fall approval speak up put many elected Democrats, who typically invoke the president during the campaign, in trouble. In recent months, Biden’s approval numbers have fallen after him wrong withdrawal from Afghanistan, results in counter-reaction from Republicans in Congress after the deaths of 13 U.S. soldiers and hundreds of U.S. citizens, Afghan allies and vulnerable Afghans back in the county controlled by Taliban terrorists.

The bid administration is also in the middle of a months-long cargo ship crisis, which contributes to empty store shelves. Data from the Ministry of Labor revealed that the sky-high price of moving goods around the country has increased inflation, which has boosted consumer prices.

Democrats trying to fight to stay in the majority are also facing tough battles for redistribution. Politics recently outlined The House Democrats spent their last two elections (2018 and 2020) talking about their performance in removing members in red districts – who have since become more competitive over the years. However, they did not realize that the majority of the districts, where millions of dollars and hundreds of hours were spent fighting, could disappear after the district.
