Below Deck is one of the most dramatic shows on air.

It gives a lot of drama with a group of sexy people working in sunny places while serving the rich.

Thanks to the character of the series, workers are fired without a second thought, which increases the madness throughout.

Other people just choose to stop and not look back because of the horror they endured on the yacht.

With so many different iterations of the show in the air today, there have been many exits, and most of them have been completely and utterly dramatic.

1. Hannah Ferrier

Hannah was Kate Chastain of this Below Deck spinoff for five seasons, but it all crashed when Captain Sandy fired her.

Bosun Malia White reported the chief stewardess for having Valium and a gun on the boat, and Hannah was forced to sail away from the franchise … forever.

It was one of the most dramatic scenes in the series’ history, mainly because the spin-off focused on Ferrier. She was Kate Chastain in this iteration.

In the years since her firing, Ferrier and Captain Sanday have exchanged plugs in the media, while Captain Lee from the original series has condemned Sandy’s decision.

2. Hannah’s exit resulted in a riot

There was a lot of debate about whether Hannah was good at her job throughout her run, but fans’ reaction to her firing was enough to declare her one of the biggest traits of the spinoff.

The rating dropped the following season, but not enough for Bravo to change his mind and re-hire Hannah.

3. Caroline Bedol – under deck

Caroline Bedol was one of the most memorable stewards on the beloved Bravo reality series.

The reason?

She went up against franchise founder Kate Chastain without a second thought.

Viewers looked in shock – and horror – as the pair went toe-to-toe for half a season.

Her tenure on the yacht ended when she decided it was time to quit after a series or injuries and quarrels.

4. Caroline’s exit was shocking

After declaring that she would give up her job, Kate asked her to pack her things and get off the boat.

In one of the series’ most bizarre scenes, Kate and Josiah blew music through her locked bedroom door to get her out of the boat.

5. Would Caroline return?

Still, Caroline does not rule out a return to the series in any way.

“I would like another chance in third pot position,” Bravolebrity said on Reddit to a fan.

“Only because they would literally never try to boom with me again, haha.”

6. Andrew Sturby – under deck

Andrew was one of the fresh faces in the second season of the hit series, but it was immediately clear that the supposed deckhand had no idea what he was doing.

It turned out that he lied on his resume to get on the show.

7. Wait, what?

In a really wild twist, Captain Lee did not fire him.

“I’m not sure if Andrew can be saved, but firing him after four days is a little too early,” Captain Lee said in his blog on the Bravo website.

“It would help if he didn’t behave like ‘I have this’ when he really has no idea.”

“The only thing I can see Andrew doing is going out on the short end of an even shorter stick. There may be more here than one can see.”

8. How was he finally fired?

The rest of the crew was not impressed with the decision to keep him.

When you risk your life on boats and someone has no idea what they are doing, yes, it stings.

Another annoyance was that he still got his share of the tips.

It’s my call and it’s never easy to fire someone and send them to pack, “Captain Lee continued of the decision.

“That said, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and a second chance.”

“We all know my thoughts on another chance, but it’s my calling, my bad, if it’s wrong.”

Sturby was eventually fired a few episodes later because the rest of the cast did not want him there and he did not retire.

9. Rocky – under deck

Rocky is known for the faces she made in her confessional writings.

She had the most comical glances, and her brief exit was one of the most memorable. She instantly disliked Kate along with chef Leon, which created a lot of drama.

10. The most dramatic outcome

Rocky heard that her only ally on the boat had been fired and she had finished the yacht.

She undressed and jumped into the water and found herself swimming to another boat.

11. Wait, did she come back?

Rocky was allowed back on the boat to end the charter season, but Captain Lee has since been vocal about the incident.

“Rocky … In what world do you think you have the right to just say goodbye, release your crew, swim to another boat that will bring you back, by the way?” he said in a Bravo blog.

12. Leon Walker – under deck

Leon and Rocky were linked together during Below Deck season 3 over their mutual hatred for Kate.

They quarreled all season and he complained that Kate was awful at her job.

13. Overcooked beef kids!

Leon had an ability to serve beef cheeks on each charter and serve cakes out of packages.

Kate’s problems with Leon were valid because he was not the type of chef required for customers who spend thousands of dollars chartering a yacht.

Things took an explosive turn as the stove in the galley went up in flames.

14. Captain Lee fired Leon

Leon and Rocky tried to blame Kate for the fire, but Captain Lee knew the fire was caused by greasy plates left in the oven.

“The fire in the galley was your fault. Period,” Captain Lee shared on the Bravo website after the wild episode aired.

“The clean, dry plate pans in the oven were neither clean nor dry.”

“Kate put the popcorn in the microwave and a frozen pizza in the oven and did a job that was definitely yours. Frozen pizza, why? Because the chef gets his beauty sleep.”

15. Elizabeth Frankini – under deck

Elizabeth made a number of mistakes during her time on the series.

First, she stated that she had many years of experience, but one of the most shocking moments was finding crew members getting sick on Below Deck season 8.

16. Elizabeth Did WHAT?

Elizabeth made a bleach and soap blend that fans found out had turned into a toxic gas.

Everyone was deeply shocked that someone would do such a thing, and Elizabeth acted as if it were nothing.

It was the big kicker for the cast.

17. Elizabeth’s firing was not a shock

Elizabeth also banged her head along with her boss, Francesca. Eventually, Francesca fired her, and Captain Lee tweeted that he would never work with Elizabeth again.

Elizabeth was shocked by this admission.

“And after going through this experience, I would not want to work with him again either.

18. Shane Coopersmith

We can barely remember this guy, but we do remember that he was shocked to have trouble sleeping while everyone else tried to keep the boat running. What the hell, guy?

19. Shane’s firing surprised him

“You’re a good guy, but sleeping in, taking a nap in the middle of the cleanup, and then missing your alarm this morning,” Eddie Lucas said as he fired shane.

“It’s a bit of the last drag.” Captain Lee admitted that Shane did not have time to catch up.

20. Peter Hunziker – Below Deck Meditarranean

We barely got to know Peter when Bravo divorced him … and that was probably for the best.

Bravo edited him out of season after a racist post on social media came to light.

“Bravo and 51 Minds edit the show to minimize his appearance for subsequent episodes.”

21. Mila Kolomeitseva – under deck: Mediterranean

Mila was one of the most controversial characters in the show’s history.

Her view of the LGBTQ community found that everyone turned to her early on, but her food was also pretty awful.

22. Mila Kolomeitseva was a terrible cook

From licking steaks to serving guests nachos with purchased salsa.

Captain Sandy was overwhelmed by the quality of the food. Sandy even thought some of the food made for the guests should be for the crew.

“As a human being, I have all the compassion in the world,” said Captain Sandy.

“But as captain, I must let you go.”

“I’m really sorry,” Sandy added.

Mila tried to deduce the reasons why she was the best chef in the world, but this was a firing that Captain Sandy was right about.

24. Rachel Hargrove – Under Deck

Rachel arrived late at the boat and immediately feathered with feathers.

She wanted things in the galley in a certain way and shouted exclamations.

It gave a good TV, but can not begin to imagine what it must have been like to work with her.

25. Rachel Quit in an epic way

Captain Lee invited Rachel, Francesca and Eddie to review the next preference sheet.

“Eat my cooter,” she said before saying she would only accommodate these requests as a personal chef.

“Until then, I will not play that game. So no.”

“I’m sorry, but the flashy nonsense, and then they beat the hell out of a chef. Suck my cock. ”

Rachel quickly left the boat, and Captain Lee was left in a hard place.

26. Rachel came back the next day!

After having a day to think about it, Rachel returned to Below Deck.

Luckily for her, Captain Lee was in a pinch and needed a new chef.

She also returned the following season. No hard feelings, right?
