Passengers being sexually assaulted on flights from Northern California to Denver, a statement said

A man is said to have sexually assaulted a passenger on a plane from Sacramento to Denver International Airport on Oct. 25, according to a statement filed in a federal court this week.
The man is charged with three federal offenses: sexual contact without permission within special aviation jurisdiction; obscene, obscene, obscene acts in particular aviation jurisdiction; and simple assault within special aviation jurisdiction.
According to the victim and the witnesses, he repeatedly touched a male passenger sitting next to him, masturbating on the plane.
The victim reported that the suspect appeared to be “affected” while boarding the plane and “looked lost” while staring out the window and at the surroundings, according to the statement.
The specific domestic airline is not mentioned in the declaration. Just two days later, a plane had to be diverted to DIA due to a passenger allegedly assaulting a flight attendant.
