VNSSA in the house: The Newport Beach-based VNSSA, now based in Los Angeles, is bringing a techno and house set to the academy. Gene Farris, Arnold & Lane and Frida K.

Recently, VNSSA worked on a track called “When Will I See You” with Lenny Kiser for Walker & Royce’s SPLITTER series. About that song, she said in a press release: “Lenny is very easy to work with. He is open to new ideas and making changes and is always willing to try something else, which I think is such an important trait to have as a producer. When you take chances and break the rules, that’s where the magic happens. ” She has also worked with him on tracks like “Sinking” (below).

VNSSA in the house: The event takes place at 10 pm on Friday 5 November at Academy LA.

VNSSAs Sleepless bio reads: “VNSSA has always had a passion for music, even as a child. Newport Beach natives are now calling Los Angeles home and have immersed themselves in the local electronic scene.
