Job Description:

The Senior Program
Coordinator’s goal is to create a premier end-to-end participant experience, supporting program success for prospective and current
participants within Texas Executive Education (TEE). The role’s priorities will include understanding each participant’s unique
motivation, building rapport with TEE participants, and aligning them with additional TEE programming. As a result, the role will closely
partner with TEE director, conference coordinators, faculty members, and participants to ensure successful programs, an excellent
participant experience, and long-term clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the
    programs assigned, including additional business development, vendor negotiations, and budgeting. Manage all aspects of program oversight,
    such as communicating with faculty, and logistical arrangements with printing, catering and other suppliers. Manage direct communication
    with participants, including calls, and emails pertaining to TEE program offerings to ensure a seamless experience from registration through
    attendance in a program. Provide on-site administration to facilitate the smooth operation of classes and events.

  • Build
    and nurture relationships with individuals participating in TEE programming. Following TEE events and classes, engage with individuals on
    their feedback related to TEE experience, identify and guide towards additional classes and certificate opportunities that align with
    professional interests and educational goals.

  • Develop and maintain expertise in the details, features, and benefits of TEE
    course offerings.

  • Partner with Marketing on communication campaigns to support lead generation and enrollment management
    strategy.

  • Monitor and manage enrollment key performance indicators, including those covering, enrollment conversion,
    customer service, and participant satisfaction.

  • Recognize ways to improve TEE services to enhance the participant
    experience.

  • Understand all methods of the registration system, fees, and credit opportunities for all open enrollment
    programs, as well as other key information that is relevant in the pre-enrollment process.

Required
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience building effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and
    client groups

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in highly collaborative team
    environment

  • Previous success in a customer-oriented environment

  • Ability to be flexible, take initiative,
    and manage competing priorities and projects.

  • Proficiency with Zoom, MS Office tools specifically PowerPoint, Word and
    Excel as well as comfort with learning new instructional and audiovisual technologies

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years
    experience in program administration.

Relevant work experience may be substituted for education as appropriate


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in coordinating executive development seminars,
    workshops, and conferences

  • Previous sales experience and/or a role focused on business growth

  • Experience
    working in higher education

Salary Range

$55,000 + depending on qualifications

Working
Conditions

  • May work around standard office conditions and include repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation

  • Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required

  • M-F work hours will flex accordingly

  • This position is Austin, Texas based and eligible for occasional telework
