Jessie, who has been vegan for quite some time, says HIIT sessions make her “feel alive”.
British pop star Jessie J, 33, has just shared two new Instagram posts with black transparent mesh – and she looks more fit. In her latest post, Jessie wore a stunning black mesh dress with a (naughty) jersey underneath that showed off her super-toned booty.
In another post, she shared some behind-the-scenes photos from a recent project. And she wore a beautiful blue dress paired with a black mesh jersey underneath. In one of the videos, she drops the dress and is seen swimming underwater in just that mesh bodysuit with a black strap. And even though Jessie did not share Exactly what she recorded, her fans guess (and comment)) that it could be the music video for her song “I Want Love.”
“I miss doing what I do • Invisible moments with some of my favorite people
,” she wrote under the caption to the photos.
Jessie credits her super-toned body for her consistent workouts, which she often shares in her Instagram stories. She recently broke two workouts that included using a resistance band around her knees while doing some squats and teams. She also used kettlebells for some deadlifts, got some inverted lunges, which were followed by glute bridges, plus some work pushing a sled.
And in an older Instagram story, she showed off her skills while breaking a laundry list with hard movements that included leg lifts with a workout strap, using the stair climber, doing a quad workout with another workout strap, doing pull-ups with TRX straps. , and working through situps.
But Jessie not only trains to look good … it also helps her feel good.
“[Working out] really makes me feel positive, “Jessie said in one WH UK interview. “It releases endorphins – and I never really believed in it before I started exercising. You really get that sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do that’ and you might feel a little bit low. But you train and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive. “
Jessie also sticks to a vegan diet, according to Plant-based news. (She switched to plant-based due to fertility issues.)
“Four years ago, I removed sugar from my diet to try to prevent bacteria from building up in my body,” she explained. “When I cut out sugar, I realized how much I started enjoying food when it was good for me – and it balanced everything – my health, my mood, my sleep.”
BRB, time to dust my kettlebells off!
