1 new death in Warren County COVID update, Nov. 27
WARREN COUNTY, NY (NEWS10) – Warren County has reported a further death of Warren County residents as a result of COVID-19. This person was in his 50s who died in a hospital after becoming ill at home. This person had not been vaccinated and did not have a history of significant health problems.
“We are sad to report once again that we have lost another resident of Warren County to the COVID-19 pandemic. We kindly ask you to keep their loved ones in your thoughts and prayers,” said Rachel Seeber, President of Warren County Board of Supervisors.
Warren County has reported 77 new COVID-19 cases and 66 cures since Monday. There are currently 581 active cases in the county.

Health Services has reported that 20 residents of Warren County are hospitalized from Saturday, three more than Friday. Four are critically ill and the rest are moderately ill. One is moderately ill outside the hospital.
Warren County says 23 of Saturday’s cases involved people who had been fully vaccinated. As of Saturday, 1,348 of 44,680 fully vaccinated Warren County residents tested positive for COVID-19.
Warren County recommends residents:
- Get a COVID-19 vaccination
- Do not go to work or school if you feel symptoms of illness and quarantine yourself until you get a COVID test
- Wear mask and face mask in public indoor locations
- Those who have not been vaccinated, including children under the age of 12, should wear masks in all public indoor environments
- Wash hands frequently and keep social distance
- If you are diagnosed with COVID-19, consult a physician or emergency department to discuss treatment.

- Tuesday, Nov. 30, Warren County Municipal Center, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson’s first doses and booster doses.
- Tuesday, Dec. 7, Warren County Municipal Center, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson’s first doses and booster doses. (registration not yet open)
- Tuesday, Dec. 14, Warren County Municipal Center, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson’s first doses and booster doses. (registration not yet open)
