While a judge failed to make a decision at that hearing, saying instead that Randall should keep the account open until an upcoming trial, as Ambyr was still allowed to spend as much as he needed, Randall said he was running out of money and could not wait that long.

In his proposal, Randall’s lawyer said he “cannot afford to fund the child support security account at a rate of $ 50,000 every month” and noted that if he is forced to continue, “Randall will fall deeper and deeper into debt and will become “A bankruptcy application will not only harm Randall, but Ambry, and most importantly, the children, as Randall is the sole income recipient for the family.”

Randall went on to reveal that he already paid $ 5,250 a month in child support and covered $ 300,000 in annual expenses for the children, adding that Ambyr, with whom he was married from 2009 to 2016, spent too much on trips, buying designer clothes and buying a new car.

Her expenses are “more akin to a participant in The Price Is Right than a devoted mother,” his documents claimed, noting in a statement that Ambyr spent $ 2,414 a day.

Also during the hearing, Randall said he owed $ 500,000 to the IRS and large loans to a production company.

Then, just weeks later, he and Ambyr settled their issues out of court.

However, according to the lawsuit, Randall and his firm did not make the payments and left the offices without notice in March 2021, even though the lease did not expire until the end of June.
