[SPOILER] Shares A First Look At Their Character

A certain actor who made their MCU debut in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has taken to Twitter to share a behind-the-scenes look at their character. Major spoilers follow!

We’m still being a bit careful here just in case some of you have not had the chance to see Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness yet, so be warned that major spoilers for the movie’s mid-credits scene follow.

In the first of the Doctor Strange sequel’s stingers, the Master of the Mystic Arts takes a little stroll and is greeted by a mysterious female magic-wielder played by Charlize Theron. Though she does not introduce herself, comic book fans will likely have recognized this character as the Sorcerer Supreme of the Dark Dimension and niece of the Dread Dormammu, Clea.

Theron vaguely teased her involvement over the weekend, and the Academy Award-winner has now shared a first behind-the-scenes look at Clea via Twitter. She also posted a still from her scene to Instagram.

In the comics, Clea becomes a close ally, lover and eventual wife of Strange. We do not know what Marvel Studios has planned for this powerful new hero, but she does tell Stephen that she needs him to help her deal with an incursion she caused, so it sounds like more Multiversal adventures await in the inevitable threequel.
