Daredevil characters are starting to appear in the MCU
We go, to be honest with you. We’ve never seen Netflix vovehals series. Yes, we are lame as hell. Anyway, people love it, so we thought we’d cover an interesting topic in this post. With Kingpin popping up in Hawkeye and Matt Murdock appears in a scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home, this is the perfect time to talk about which Daredevil characters may show up next time. To be fair, we’ll review them from the Netflix show and the ones Man Without Fear connects with inside the comics.
Daredevil v. She-Hulk In The Comics
What do Daredevil and She-Hulk have in common without being superheroes? They are both lawyers and good at their jobs. According to Brian Cronin of CBR back in 2016, the couple have gone up against each other in a courtroom. Jennifer Walters joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2022 along with her already existing cousin, Bruce Banner.
Although Jen first starts, it is unlikely that she will interact with Daredevil so quickly into her debut adventures with Bruce. However, there have been rumors that Charlie Cox could perform in Hun-Hulk series. Math Erao of CBR wrote that rumor has it that Daredevil will show up but will not be the same version as the Netflix show.
Another worthy note is Jennifer and Matt, who were dated at the House of M crossover event.
Given Charlie Cox plays Matt in Spider-Man: No Way Home during one scene, Daredevil is now official MCU material.
Elektra
One of the biggest love interests for Daredevil is Elektra, as shown by the Netlfix show and in Ben Affleck vovehals movies that are NOT MCU canon. She’s an assassin who falls in love with Matt Murdock rather than Daredevil.
According to Netflix shows, Elektra is considered a threat by Defenders. Could she be the next Daredevil-centered character to appear in MCU? She may be the next, as she has ties to the Thunderbolts in the comics as well as A-Force, a group of female superheroes.
It has been teased since the release of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier that Contessa Valentina Allegra De Fontaine starts a team. Her first two recruits were John Walker / US Agent and Yelena Belova, a former black widow murderer and sister of Natasha Romanov.
Speculation has led people to conclude that she is creating either Thunderbolts or Dark Avengers. The evidence leans more toward Dark Avengers than Thunderbolts. John Walker is a dark version of Captain America, and Yelena Belova is a dark Black Widow. Elektra would not fit into the group that she wanted with the Thunderbolts.
The train Nelson
What should a superhero do without his best friend?
Spider-Man had Ned Leeds.
Captain America had Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson.
Iron Man had James “Rhodey” Rhodes and Happy Hogan.
Captain Marvel had Maria Rambeau.
Matt Murdock has Foggy Nelson, a law firm with whom he started a law firm.
Foggy would be a great addition to MCU as he would not be the comic sidekick that Ned is. He would be the serious sidekick who has more to contribute in the fight against crime rather than jokes and hacking skills.
Mapone Romanova
This next grade may be a stretch given what the MCU has already established. In the comic story End of days, it is revealed that Matt had a daughter with Natasha Romanov named Mapone Romanova
This character is unlikely to appear in the MCU as Natasha is dead and sterile. This added to the Red Room story, where Black Widows after graduation must be unable to form attachments. Moreover, this plot point got a little nod in Hawkeye en Yelena, Nat’s sister returns to life after being blown away. A co-ex-widow named Ana had been married for the five years she [Yelena] was away and had adopted a daughter with her husband.
