‘The Mandalorian’ star Pedro Pascal pays tribute to ‘murdered’ criminals who attacked Kyle Rittenhouse

On Saturday, Star wars Star Pedro Pascal jumped to his Twitter account to commemorate two of the men who threatened and attacked Illinois teenager Kyle Rittenhouse, insisting they were “murdered.”

The day after Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges brought against him by the state of Wisconsin, Pascal wrote that Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber were “murdered”, not killed in self-defense. “Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 27, murdered on August 25, 2020,” he said, posting a picture of the two men’s faces. “Rest in peace.”

Some fans were shocked that Pascal would celebrate the lives of two convicted criminals, one of whom was a Level 3 sex offender, and who both physically attacked the smaller and younger Rittenhouse before being shot.

Huber hit Rittenhouse over the head with his skateboard, trying to wrest the teenager’s rifle from him that fateful day. Rittenhouse did not shoot at Huber until after the 26-year-old physically attacked him.

Huber has a criminal record, as well. In 2013, he pleaded guilty to two counts of strangulation and choking plus false imprisonment in a case of domestic abuse. He was arrested and charged after he attacked his brother and grandmother with a knife. Huber spent nearly five months in jail after his sentencing.

Huber also has various other charges in his past, including a charge of disorderly conduct from 2018 and a charge of domestic abuse from 2012. Huber had been jailed in Wisconsin for one or the other at least ten times.

But Joseph Rosenbaum is an even more dangerous and sinister character despite the actor’s praise. Rosenbaum had only just been released from the mental ward at a local hospital, a few hours before he indicted Rittenhouse. Witnesses said he was “irregular” and “belligerent” when he left the hospital.

What’s worse, Rosenbaum was a level 3 convicted sex offender with an extremely long criminal record.

In 2002, a grand jury in Arizona charged Rosenbaum with 11 counts of child abuse and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape, masturbation, oral sex, and viewing of underage pornography. The victims were five boys aged nine to 11. He was later convicted of two amended points as part of a plea agreement.

The 36-year-old criminal has a comprehensive arrest record of at least 40 incidents in Arizona.

Rosenbaum had also been registered in Wisconsin when he moved there. He has since been removed under a state law that removes dead perpetrators from the list.

The day he died, Rosenbaum filed an open lawsuit against him in Kenosha and was charged with bail.

During his trial, Rittenhouse noted that Rosenbaum kept chasing and threatening him during the riot that night and then tried to grab his gun. “He was chasing me, I was alone, he threatened to kill me earlier in the evening. I would not have to shoot him,” Rittenhouse said at the stand. “I pointed at him because he kept running towards me and I did not want him to chase me.”

Although the prosecution in the Rittenhouse case tried to portray Rosenbaum as a concerned citizen who just happened to show up at the riot, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Binger had to admit that Rosenbaum had committed violent acts that night, including setting things on fire and using racial slander, while mocking other people. A video from that night shows Rosenbaum repeatedly shouting, “Shoot me, n * gga!”

Pascal includes gender pronouns in his display name on social media – a step further than most progressive activists, who only include them in their bio descriptions.
