Massive Target PS5 restock teased for Cyber Monday – what we know
A large Target restock could hit Cyber Monday. We’ve seen several PS5 rebuilds over the course of the week with Black Friday, but Target has been strangely quiet during this period. In fact, the retailer has not received new orders for Sony’s in-demand machine since November 19th.
But that may soon change in style.
With Cyber Monday deals now in full swing, Target can be set to offer eager customers the chance to buy a PS5 before the holidays. This would be well timed as there are currently some excellent Cyber Monday PS5 deals available. The first whispers of this coming drop have come from Jake Randall, a full-time PS5 stock tracker who claimed “Biggest Stock of the Year” could take place on Cyber Monday.

Randall, who is known for having extremely reliable Target sources, took to Twitter to announce that Target stores across the country have “the largest amount of PS5 they have had in 2021”, with a lot of stores reportedly having more than 50 devices, and some even have more than 100 consoles ready for sale. Such a significant amount of inventory would certainly indicate that a Target PS5 rebuild is imminent.

Typically, Target holds stocks in the back half of the week, with Wednesday, Thursday or Friday drops being most common. However, there has already been plenty of speculation that the retailer will choose to hold its next PS5 rebuild on Cyber Monday itself.
As for the exact time of this fall, it is also unknown, but during its dozens of rebuilds in 2021, Target has always opened the order locks between 6 p.m. 06.00 and 9.00 ET. We see no reason to change that here.
Jake Randall has previously correctly called several Target drops ahead of time; his sources at the dealer are extremely reliable. Unless the word comes directly from the dealer himself, this tip should not be taken for granted. Goal fulfillment on or around Cyber Monday seems quite likely, but it is far from guaranteed to happen.

How to buy a PS5 at Target
