professional online certificates that are 100% industry-relevant, delivered as high-quality interactive, immersive, and real-world learning
experiences. We believe that industry-relevant credentials aligned to market needs delivered in partnership with Universities and Colleges
will drive better adoption and a robust eco-system with improved workforce participation rates.
As we expand our operations, we are
looking to onboard a Manager-Academic Implementation.
The Role
- You should have extensive experience understanding, navigating, and building competency-based
frameworks. - Demonstrable experience in researching and building personas for a variety of
target audiences across different industries and market segments. - Identify occupational skills in demand for
roles identified with the micro-credentials. - Build and/or align technical and behavioral competencies to the
identified skills. - Ability to map learning outcomes of the micro-credentials to the targeted skills per micro-credentials.
- Create and rapidly deliver custom templates to source, manage and navigate content and information from various stakeholders.
- Search, identity, and interview subject matter experts for micro-credential content creation across industries.
- Meet with
internal teams to understand the institution’s needs, the known market for micro-credentials as it pertains to persona development, and
understand time frames from the business side. - Meet with institutional leadership and institutional project managers to outline the
micro-credential content collection process and development framework. - Coordinate with the project manager of the development
teams regarding projects needs. - Ensure developed content and credentials meet the designated learning outcomes that were
created with the institution and/or subject matter experts. - Ensure that content is presented in the correct format to achieve
accurate skills assessments through competency-based education methods. - Review credential with internal teams, then
subsequently with clients with ready. - Oversee multiple product developments at the same time. Track the progress of
credential development and notify leadership of any challenges along the way.
Skills:
- Experience with content development in a competency-based learning model.
- Experience with an online course and certificate
development. - Experience teaching online courses would be preferred but is not essential.
- Experience working with teams of
faculty and subject matter experts in pursuit of a course and certificate development. - Experience hiring subject matter
experts - Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
