Greenville: Wells Fargo bank robbed
A Greenville bank was robbed Monday morning, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office. (Video above: Raw video from Sky 4) Deputies said Wells Fargo on White Horse Road was robbed around 6 p.m. 10:45. They said a man wearing a plaid shirt, baseball bat and face mask went to the checkout and demanded cash. Deputies first reported that the man was wearing a Clemson face mask, but it appears to be black on the surveillance photo from the sheriff’s office. Deputies said no weapons were seen. The man, however, suggested he had a weapon. The man left the bank with cash in a black pickup. No injuries were reported. Anyone with information please call Crime Stoppers on 23-CRIME.
