The pace of rent growth is showing signs of returning to normal nationwide. Zumper ranked the 100 most rising rental cities in the United States, and New York City took first place on this list. According to their data, the median price for a one-bedroom apartment in New York is $ 3,180 and a two-bedroom apartment is $ 3,480.
