CMON reveals Massive Zombie Galactus, hints for Marvel Zombies Zombicide

CMON is teaming up with Spin Master Games and Marvel for a new Kickstarter, and as it becomes CMON’s 50th Kickstarter, they’re totally up for it. The first tease of the campaign was a thumbnail of Silver Surfer, which of course suggested that Galactus would also be involved. That said, no one expected them to deliver the massive Galactus you can see below, which is 2 feet tall and 17 inches wide (including his base). It’s double the fact that it’s Zombie Galactus, so while we’re still waiting for the official unveiling, the teasing suggests we’ll get a Marvel Zombies version of CMON’s hit. zombicide game.

The Zombicide logo was included on the packaging of the second teaser revealed by Man vs Meeple, and you can find their full video revelation of Zombie Galactus here. He is also quite impressively close, with a lot of gruesome details on his face and throughout his sculpture.

It’s incredible when you see the little (for comparison) Silver Surfer standing next to him, and we can not wait to see how Zombie Galactus interacts with the game, whether it’s Zombicide or something completely different. CMON and Spin Master have previously collaborated on the hit Marvel United and X-Men United games that are amazing, so hopefully this game will not be any different.

For those unfamiliar with the Zombicide franchise, the game is a collaborative affair where you and your teammates take control of a crew of survivors of the Zombie Apocalypse, and you will have to tackle a host of missions on your journey to ensure your crew survives and has the equipment and weapons to defeat all sorts of the undead, including the ultra-mighty abominations.

Abominations are incredibly deadly and are often larger than the common undead minions and players on the board, although they are typically not that much larger. If it’s Marvel Zombies Zombicide, it could be incredible to take on Galactus, and I can not wait to see how the game brings the various superhero abilities into the game instead of more traditional skills. In terms of characters, Galactus-sized events typically involve all the heavy hits that over the years have included Fantastic Four, Thor and more, but we’ll have to wait and see how it all shakes out.

CMON will unveil the game on a YouTube livestream on November 22 at. 15:00 EST right here.
