Challenge’s Tula ‘Big T’ Fazakerley announces MTV retirement

Ready for her next challenge – just not on reality TV. Tula “Big T” Fazakerley announced that she is withdrawing The challenge after competing in four seasons.

“When one door closes. Another opens,” the London native, 29, wrote via Instagram on Thursday 25 November, along with a picture from the MTV series. “Yesterday was my last episode of the challenge. Yesterday was also the day , where I FINALLY got my acceptance at my cooking school. ”

That Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands alum continued: “I am completely crushed that I never reached a final. However, they tell me that the challenge house is not the place to make friends. But god I have. I want @ people but those of you who have stolen my heart, know who you are.Because of you I feel like a winner.This is the end of my challenging career, because now… I am a dreamer and I can not wait for my next adventure.However, I will continue to train and push myself [sic], as [host TJ Lavin] says “always be ready.”

Tula addressed a big “thank you to all the viewers” who cheered on her throughout her time on the competition show. Prior to her exit, the reality star appeared World War 2 in 2019, Total madness in 2019, Double agents in 2020 and Spies, lies and allies, which is currently being sent.

“I’m not exactly used to people believing in me, so thank you for your love. These are magical moments that will stay with me forever, “the aspiring chef remarked in his Instagram statement.” Do not forget me, and when I conquer the kitchen, I will hopefully be back on your screens. Remember to love first, do not toot what someone thinks or says about you. And like me, follow your dreams (if I can manage 4 seasons[s] of the challenge, you can too) never underestimate yourself. I love diguu and happy thanks give # thechallenge37 #mtv #love. “

Other MTV stars wished Tula good luck in the comments, including Tori agreement, who whispered, “You will be missed and received back with open arms treasure. CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEXT CHAPTER QUEEN THERE IS NO ONE IN THE WORLD LIKE YOU .”

Hughie Maughan, who also appeared on Spies, lies and allies, wrote, “I’m so proud to know such an amazing girl, thank you so much for taking the time to let me get to know you .”

One of the remaining Spies, lies and allies participants, Amanda garcia, celebrated his colleague’s great achievements. “Good luck, sister can not wait to see you thrive on your next trip! , ”she remarked.

Even competitors who were not on the same seasons as Tula acknowledged that the franchise was losing a big star. “This makes me sad, but whatever makes Big T happy – makes me happy. Will never forgive mtv for not allowing me to cross paths with you. Wish you continued success !!!! I’m a fan for life , ”five times Challenge participant Marie Roda commented.

Before announcing her reality TV retirement, Tula showed her passion for food on social media through her special account, Big T Kitchen, where she shares recipes and restaurant recommendations to her followers.
