Baker Dorie Greenspan talks on October 27 about her new ‘Sweet, Salty & Simple’ cookbook

Copperfield’s Books is hosting a virtual event featuring award-winning baker Dorie Greenspan to mark the release of her 14th cookbook, “Baking with Dorie: Sweet, Salty & Simple” (Mariner Books, 400 pages, $ 35).

The interview with Bay Area News Groups Jackie Burrell, features and the Eat Drink Play editor, will be held at. 19 Wednesday 27 October. Registration is free.

James Beard Award-winning Greenspan is the author of 13 cookbooks. Her latest emphasizes available recipes made with everyday ingredients, and she encourages home bakers to put their own stamp on her desserts. This collection contains recipes for berry biscuits, double-decker caramel cake, rye-cranberry chocolate chunk cookies, miso-maple bread with apricot jam icing, s’more ice cream cake and 145 more.
