Job Summary

The College of Arts and Sciences seeks an Academic Coordinator/Data Analyst in our Enrollment Management unit.

Will conduct department audit and input of course schedule using university scheduling software; assist with college-level review and inventory of all A&S course offerings; ensure all instructors are listed in SAP and all primary instructors are flagged; create department audit reports, enrollment reports, waitlist reports, and missing instructor reports using Tableau, Tableau server, and ZEVPLAN.

Support the College’s cohort-scheduling initiative by assisting with planning, creating, and scheduling students into their first-semester courses based on major of interest; work with the data team to ensure students have optimal schedules for each day of the week; work with advisors to ensure students are in the correct classes based on AP credit and transfer credit.

Process SLCM requests for all new faculty and TAs each semester to ensure they have access to class rolls and grading in the SAP portal; and complete and submit the SLCM Training Plan for new staff.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to protect our university community including our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the University of Kentucky is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all new hires prior to starting employment. Therefore, as of October 18, 2021, all new hires prior to their first day of employment must submit appropriate documentation showing, i) completion of the first vaccination against COVID-19, or ii) completion of the full vaccination series against COVID-19, or iii) approved exemption (medical contraindications or a sincerely held religious belief) through the formal exemption process from the COVID-19 vaccination requirement. For those employees who have completed the first vaccination against COVID-19 prior to their first day of employment, the second vaccination (if applicable) must be completed following the vaccination recommended schedule to be considered fully vaccinated.
